オープンセミナーの概要
グローバルな知識基盤社会の到来とその対応、第4次産業革命へのシフト、少子高齢化といった大きな社会変動・変革の中で、大学、とりわけ地方大学の在り方と役割が問われています。第3回公開セミナーの主な目的は、日本、韓国、台湾における地域活性化・発展の主体としての地方地域大学の戦略的国際化プロセスを明らかにし、新たな非西洋的高等教育国際化モデルについて探求します。

The Third Open Seminar: Internationalization of Local Universities for Local/Regional Revitalization
Amid significant social changes and transformations, such as the arrival of a global knowledge-based society, the shift to the fourth industrial revolution, and a declining population, the role of local universities is being re-examined on the theme of higher education internationalization.

The main objective of the third open seminar is to elucidate the strategic internationalization process of local universities as agents of local/regional revitalization and development in Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. Ultimately, a new non-Western model of higher education internationalization will be explored.
