東北大学の大学院博士課程で研究し，日本の大学に就職を目指す留学生の方も多いと思います。大学教員になるためには，①公募に応募し，②書類選考を突破し，③面接をクリアしなければなりません。最近は，模擬授業を入れ，授業力を重視する大学も増えてきました。
また，海外で企業等に就職する場合には，プレゼン力や履歴書（Resume）の書き方も大きな判断材料になります。このたび，高度イノベーション博士人財育成ユニットでは，日本の大学に教員として就職を希望する方，海外，特に英語圏の企業に就職を目指す方へのセミナーを開催することにしました。日本人の大学院生も歓迎します。
We also welcome Japanese students as this lecture will also be useful for them.
