第52回正午PD「How do you promote and assess teamwork in group activities? 」学生グループ活動において、「チームワーク」をどう促し、評価するか

Identifying criteria and behaviors indicative of teamwork skills is valuable to teach students what good teamwork looks like. Asking what the quality of individual student contribution to a team is provides feedback and targets improving outcomes. This session will introduce and discuss the use of TeamQ, a rubric developed from criteria in the AAC&U teamwork Valid Assessment of Learning in Undergraduate Education (VALUE) rubric for peer and self-assessment of teamwork.
チームワーク・スキルを示す基準や行動を明示することは、学生に「良いチームワーク」がいかなるものかを伝えるのに役立ちます。各学生によるチームへの貢献に関する質とは何かを問うことは、フィードバックや目標を提示し、成果を向上させることにつながるのです。今回の正午PDでは、AAC&U（米国カレッジ・大学協会）の「学士課程における学習評価ルーブリック（VALUE）」における「チームワーク」の基準に基づいて、クィーンズ大学が開発した‘TeamQ’（チームワーク力評価枠組）の活用を紹介し、議論したいと思います。
